Karen and Rob Kramarz

Robert Steven Kramarz - Executive Director

Mr. Kramarz is the Executive Director of Intelliversity, known as the Innovation Accelerator for the Real World.  Intelliversity manages the planning process for the Jericho Center of Medical Diplomacy. Mr. Kramarz is currently co-managing Shepherd Ventures Fund II specializing in companies led or co-founded by women. This is the background that led to the idea of "medical diplomacy."Mr. Kramarz has observed that conflicts between people dissolve when engaged in a common purpose. This is the root of "medical diplomacy" and the Jericho Center.

Karen Siniscalco Kramarz - Director, Intelliversity

Ms. Siniscalco is a director of Armanino LLP, a top-25 national accounting firm, specializing in business management for celebrities, sometimes known as a "multi-family office" practice.  She has 30 years of experience in the field of business management. For Intelliversity and the Jericho Center of Medical Diplomacy, she brings a battery of financial skills, a conservative feet-on-the-ground approach to business, and team-management talent.

Leonard Chaikind | Retired Treasurer, Royal Dutch Shell

A Harvard Business School graduate, Mr. Chaikind was Treasurer and Finance Director of Shell Oil Company (Royal Dutch Shell), as well as head of the Shell pension plan.  During this tenure, he pioneered the concept of "private equity funds."  He later founded Institutional Investors Consulting Company, an impact-driven consulting company and investment bank.  In 2019, this consulting company was reformed as IICC with a mission of "making the world a better place to live."  He is a firm believer in the value of relationships and commitment to purpose when building companies and non-profits.  In addition to the Jericho Center, Mr. Chaikind is an advisor to the Brain-Body Research Institute, and for-profit HAIL Technologies.

Mr. Wittmeyer is CEO of Electronic Sensor Technology Inc. and affiliated Pulmostics, which provides assays for critical disease conditions using breath analysis.  Having launched Pulmostics with a breakthrough low-cost non-invasive screen method for breast cancer, Mr. Wittmeyer has become a leading expert in breast cancer screening.  This expertise in cancer screening provides the Jericho Center with unique strategies for reducing cancer mortality and morbidity through more accessible screening strategies to detect and treat cancers in the earliest stages.

Dr. Tracey Ignatowski | Managing Director
Brain-Body Research Institute

Working closely with Dr. Spengler, Dr. Ignatowski also specializes in molecular communications between the immune system and the nervous system, with an eye on treating long-intractable conditions.  Dr. Ignatowski is a respected instructor as Assistant Professor of Pathology and Anatomical Sciences at University of Buffalo-SUNY, an expert in research project management.  She is on the editorial board of seven professional journals, as well as Managing Director at the Brain-Body Research Institute.

Adolfo Meza Guinea | Management Consultant

Mr. Meza Guinea is the founder of Lykos Consulting providing executive coaching to impact companies.  He holds an MBA from San Diego State University and spent most of his career in product management.  He is an Entrepreneur in Residence for the Venture Capital firm Shepherd Ventures. He has additional interests in healthcare technology and methods of prevention and recovery. He assists the Jericho Center with project management and leadership coaching.

Irene Donnell | Co-Founder, P5 Marketing

A founding partner of the woman and veteran-owned digital marketing company, P5 Marketing. Irene is an experienced marketer with a keen eye for creative concepts and a stand-out digital presence. Irene is also a writer and a polished and entertaining public speaker. Her talks on how to prevail on the internet have been featured at conferences in San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles. A passionate advocate for peace, Irene believes that women are a vital and underused resource to lasting change, especially in conflict-ridden areas. She believes that by focusing on breast cancer in the Middle East through a medical initiative, The Jericho Center is on the path to peace.

Ransel Potter | Founder, C3 Summit International

Mr. Potter is the founder and Managing Partner of C3 Summit International, Ltd., creator of conferences that exchange healthcare best practices between the United States, the Middle East, China, and India.  The C3 US-Arab Healthcare & Business Summit began in 2012 continuing in 2021 with conferences in New York and Riyadh.  Noted participants in conferences to date include the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and Department of State, Saudia Arabia Ministry of Health, China Health Care, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, UICC Global Cancer Control, Friends of Cancer Patients, Novartis, World Health Organization, Harvard School of Public Health, Penn Medicine, King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Cleveland Clinic, Duke University Health System, American Mission Hospital, the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Business Council, the U.S.-U.A.E. Business Council, and many commercial health-care enterprises.

Elizabeth Wood is a forward-thinking, outcome-oriented professional with a knack for solving complex challenges. She has 25 years of experience catalyzing change and growth in start-up, closely-held, small- and mid-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations in San Diego, California. Liz is a certified public accountant, certified information technology professional, and certified fraud examiner who has brought people, process, controls, and technology solutions to entities in media, esports, nonprofit government contracting, professional and personal services, and financial services.

Elizabeth Wood

Paul Doherty | Architect and CEO, The Digit Group

As published by Forbes as "Changing the World," seen on Bloomberg TV and reported by CNBC, Mr. Doherty is a professional architect specializing in the integration of process, technology, business, and culture. Mr. Doherty is the Founder & CEO of The Digit Group, Inc. (TDG), a leading smart cities designer, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee.  He has spent the past 30+ years in the industry after graduating cum laude from the New York Institute of Technology and graduating from the Career Discovery program at Harvard University's GSD.  Mr. Doherty is also a contributing author to multiple sections of the AIA Handbook of Professional Practice, the Interior Design Handbook of Practice, the McGraw Hill Graphic Standards of Residential Construction, 3 whitepaper contributions to the McGraw-Hill Financial Global Institute, and author/co-author of 7 books and over 250 published articles. Mr. Doherty brings to the Jericho Center of Medical Diplomacy an understanding of the functionality, flow of people and traffic, use of technology, and connection of the planned facility with the surrounding community.

Dr. Spengler

Dr. Robert Spengler | Executive Director, Brain-Body Research Institute

Dr. Spengler's career spans over 30 years of research in neuro-biology, pharmacology, and molecular immunology.  Through the marriage of related fields, he developed a flourishing research program at the University at Buffalo.  His research findings have been published in 74 peer-reviewed papers and authored five book chapters.  He is most interested in relationships between the immune system and the nervous system to develop therapeutic breakthroughs in chronic pain, post-stroke recovery, depression, PTSD and Alzheimer's, and other tragic brain-related conditions. Along with Dr. Ignatowski (below), he co-founded the Brain-Body Research Institute.

Dr Karen Stephenson was classically trained as an anthropologist at Harvard. She was appointed the H. Smith Richardson Fellow by the Center for Creative Leadership, which operates on five campuses in the Americas, Europe and Asia. She was also the first appointee of the Kathryn Hepburn Fellowship at Bryn Mawr College in Philadelphia, USA in recognition of her ground-breaking work in the social sciences. Karen has been hailed in Business 2.0 magazine as ‘the organization woman’ and named as one of only four women in Random House’s Guide to Management Gurus. Malcolm Gladwell of the New Yorker magazine featured her innovative research on the workplace and the corporate office. She is a pioneer in the field of social networks, in both scientific theory and applied research. With over three decades of teaching management at UCLA, Harvard and Yale, she also conducts executive workshops for the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in conjunction with EU and NATO clients.
